It might not be something that we all want to talk about, but we've all been there a time or two. When the storms around us are great, our faith is put to the test, and we've got a decision to make; are we going to trust in God's plan or are we going to succumb to the fear of the storm and allow anxiety to take over? In this message, we'll learn that when Jesus is in the boat, we can sit back, put our feet up, and relax even in the midst of a storm.

Sometimes, life and our circumstances can leave us feeling overwhelmed, under qualified, and emotionally spent! Have you ever been there? Sometimes, we need to take a step back and stop focusing on the problems around us and focus on the One that gives us the air in our lungs. Then we'll realize that the same God that is faithful to give us our next breath is faithful to see us through!

It's safe to say that most people want to be liked by others, it's just our human nature. Trying to please others may not seem like a big deal, but if we exalt it above pleasing God, then we have a problem. In this message, we'll take a look at a passage that highlights a time when even though some leaders of Israel believed that Jesus was the Messiah, they refused to make the proclamation of faith in fear of being ostracized by others.

Jesus is the master at making great things out of broken things! 2020 was a year that broke many people in a variety of ways. For many, peace felt like a distance memory.
