Each regular study is between 15 & 25 minutes long, and features some in-depth looks at many Biblical topics, as well as book walkthroughs. James says a good well can not give bad water and the opposite is also true. The amazing thing is that we can be quite productive by being so full of God's fruits that everyone around us can be ministered too--all from the overflow.

Thank God for the Overflow, Part 1

While looking at the bird feeders in my yard, I was amazed at all the sunflowers that had sprung up. They all came from the overflow. We know that Jesus speaks of himself as a kernel of wheat, a seed, that had to be planted in order for salvation to be possible. Before you can have a Pentecost you must have a Passover. Jesus was our Passover Lamb. He was willing to be planted to die so we could come to life.

Study of Isaiah, Part 55

After reminding us that the Church is the bride of Christ, Isaiah issues a challenge and some great words of encouragement. The challenge is to fulfill the Great Commission and help others get to heaven. The encouragement is that God is watching over us and is there to empower us for that ministry.
