Do We Need To Be Right?

📜 Title: Do We Need To Be Right?

🗣️ By: Pastor Daniel Hahn

📝 Message Description: Despite what we all may think, we have a deep seated need to be right--to prove that what we say and believe is right. But God has not called us to be right. He has called us to be faithful. He's called us to love the unloveable. He's called us to be kind. So, maybe it's OK to lose the argument, but gain the opportunity to share the Gospel.

Discussion Questions:
1️⃣ Share with us in brief a time when you won an argument (or at least you think you did), but possibly lost the opportunity to show love to someone who needed it.

2️⃣ Pastor Daniel says that the Bible doesn't call us to argue with non-believers about faith. What about with other believers?

3️⃣ Discuss a story about Jesus when He could've proved that he was right, but instead showed compassion, love, and self-restraint.

📖 Scriptures: Titus 3:9, 2 Corinthians 2:16-17, Proverbs 23:9
