Who's Your Neighbor? Who’s Your Brother?

There are a number of questions in the Bible. Two of those are "Am I my brothers keeper?", and "Who is my neighbor?" The Scriptures answer both of those questions quite adequately. Can I ask you those questions? What will be your response?
