Fires That Do Not Consume

Summary: The scriptures teach that God is a consuming fire. But we also know that God is there with us in and through the fire. God spoke through the burning bush; Jesus was there in the fire; and the Holy Spirit fell as tongues of fire; not as a consuming fire but a comforting fire, enabling fire, and provision fire.
