Facilities Usage Request

 Preliminary Agreement for Church Usage

These facilities are for use for God’s glory and His honor. It is a joy to have them used for his ministries. In order to be a good steward the following guidelines have been adopted.

There will be a $25 reservation fee. This fee will be applied to the cost of using the building.

The user will be expected to give a donation to cover the cost of electricity and any cleaning cost. The user will be expected to leave the building ready for the next user.

for your reference, here are a few Things to keep in mind

  • This is only a preliminary request. You’ll be contacted by someone in our office if your request has been approved, or if changes are needed.

  • To be respectful of other people using the facilities and our janitorial staff, please do not occupy the facilities before or after the agreed upon times.

  • Please do not use equipment that belongs to the church without specific permission.

  • If OAG personnel are needed, the user is expected to enter into a financial arrangement with them.

  • Please be respectful of OAG property and other people.

  • Please no alcohol or other illegal substances.
