Amplify High Youth Takeover

Get ready for a Sunday like no other as the Youth take over the service! This is your chance to experience church through the eyes of your peers. From leading worship to delivering a powerful message, they’re bringing their energy, creativity, and passion for Christ to the stage.

W.O.C. Parent Night
Wednesday, November 20th, 5:30-7:00pm
This Wednesday is the LAST Wednesday for W.O.C. and it’s our parent night. We will be honoring all the Timothy Helpers for all their time and energy that they have put into serving at W.O.C.
Parents are invited so make sure you let them know!
TBQ Meet

If you’ve never been a part of TBQ before and want to see what it’s all about, come join us for this match! We are also in need of volunteers to help with lunch and officiate the matches!
Youth Thanksgiving

For Middle & High School Students & Young Adults
Every year we have a Youth Thanksgiving meal with all the traditional foods: turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, green beans, and lots of desserts.
Come prepared to share what you are grateful for as we pass the “spoon” around and EVERYONE SHARES!
Zoned Out “Gravitate”
Monday-Wednesday, November 25th-27th
For Students in 8th-12th Grade
Cost $50 (Covers T-Shirt, Book & Meals)
Are you moving toward God or drifting away from Him? We can easily gravitate toward the things and people in the world. We all have sinful desires, but God desires to rescue his children. If we want to follow God, then our desires and hearts must change. This study will dig into human nature, God’s grace, and the importance of following Jesus daily. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. (James 4:8)
This is a time of discipleship and service. We will be growing in God’s Word as well as working on various service projects including making our Christmas Blessing Bags, making Christmas cards for Wildwood Schools, and making our infamous candied pecans for STL!

Christmas Sing Along
Sunday, December 1st, 6-8pm

Amplify Youth will be joining the adults for a night of Christmas Sing Along!
The Youth are performing two songs so you don’t want to miss out.
City of Wildwood Winterfest &
Christmas Parade
Friday, December 6th from 6-8pm
For Middle & High School Students
For the month of December we will NOT be having our normal Club 612 but rather we will be participating in the City of Wildwood Christmas festivities!
OAG will have a float or two in the Christmas parade as well as manning a tent for the Winterfest.
If your student would like to come and volunteer or be a part of the parade, please sign them up below and we will follow up with you regarding times once those details are provided by the City.
There will be no transportation provided. Students will need to be dropped off and picked up from the Wildwood City Hall at designated times.
Fine Arts
Sunday, December 8th, Noon-4pm
For Students 7th Grade - 12th Grade
Now that we have talked about Fine Arts, it’s time to start practicing!
Practice at home on your own but on December 8th, we will have a special time of practice after church.
Lunch will be provided.
Teen Bible Quiz
2024/2025 Season Material: The Book of Acts
Season starts Oct 2024 and ends May 2025
For Middle & High School Students
Teen Bible Quiz is an opportunity for students to study God’s Word and to compete with other students for memorization.
Students are expected to study on their own throughout the month and then we come together for one group practice a month. We have 4 regular meets a year with other churches, a District meet, as well as a Regional meet.
January Practice:
January 4th from 11am-2pm (Lunch provided)
January Meet in Orlando:
January 11th from 7:30am-4:30pm
Young Adults Bible Study
Sundays at 7pm, For High School Graduates & Young Adults
Every Sunday in Amplify High, all High School Graduates and Young Adults are welcome to attend us for worship and then breakout into their own Bible Study.

WIN, BUILD, & SEND
A ministry of Oxford Assembly of God, Amplify Student Ministries is a ministry to students (grades 6-12) and their families, and ministry by students. Our mission is to Win students by showing the love of Christ; to Build students by teaching the Word; and to Send students by answering the call of the Great Commission.
Amplify Student Ministries reaches out to students between 6th and 12th grades here in Oxford/Wildwood and beyond. It impacts the local Middle and High Schools and the surrounding neighborhoods to help them grow in the Word and help guide them into becoming a powerhouse for Jesus Christ. From Youth Rallies to Rise Conference, bonfires to Camps, there are many events to keep your spiritual growth alive and pumped for Jesus!

AMPLIFY MIDDLE
Amplify Middle is a ministry for Middle School Students (6th-8th grades--we allow 9th graders to come as well if they prefer the middle school ministry style better). It is held on Fridays from 6-8pm. The first 30 mins (6-6:30pm) is free time, with an open gym for basketball, volleyball, dodge ball, or whatever they want to play, and the Youth Lounge is open for students to relax, hang out, and purchase cheap snack items from the cafe. Then the rest of the evening (6:30-8pm) features a worship set, games, and a Bible Study just for middle schoolers.

Amplify High
Amplify High is a ministry for High School Students (9th-12th grades). It is held on Sundays from 6-8pm. The first 30 minutes (6-6:30pm) is free time, with an open gym for basketball, volleyball, dodge ball, or whatever they want to play, and the Youth Lounge is open for students to relax, hang out, and purchase cheap snack items from the cafe. Then the last part (6:30-8pm) features a deep worship set, games, and a Bible Study just for High Schoolers.

CLUB 612
Club 612 is an open gym night for all middle and high school students (6th-12th grades), held on the first Friday of the month from 6-8pm. The gym is open for whatever games the students would like to play, and the Youth Lounge is open for students to relax, hang out, and purchase cheap snack items. Right in the middle (usually around 7:00), we gather the students together for a brief devotion and sometimes a free snack. This is a great way for students who are unfamiliar with church and our beliefs to come for a low-key evening of fun and games.

AMPLIFY UNITED
The Sunday following our monthly Club 612 is Amplify United, for all middle and high school students (6th-12th grades) which will be a fun night of worship and God's Word, a full-on Youth Service for all middle and high school students so they can get to know one another.

FOR MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
We are running our van routes on BOTH Sundays and Fridays. Student must live within the Wildwood/Oxford area. Student must also REGISTER in order to be picked up on the van. We have limited capacity so it’s FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.
