Things that should be included in event information are:
Date
Time/Duration
Location (What building/room if event is on property)
Who is invited (What age group, class, etc.)
What needs to be brought (tickets, money, clothes, etc.)
Will transportation be available?
Who is in charge of the event? What is the contact person’s information?
Anything else that is pertinent to the event.
We will be building a form soon where you can provide this information on the web and it will be sent to Laura for calendar approval. Thanks for all of your help and for helping us get the word out about your events!
